In the village of Guadalest there are eight different museums, and historic collections. The Museum of Antonio Marco ( The crib and dolls house museum),the Ribera Girona museum, a minitures museum, a typical 18th century house museum, as well as a collection of medieval artefacts, the museum of torture, and a vintage car collection, as well as the world famous municipal museum "Casa Orduña".

Description: It is a museum of scale model houses and churches built with natural elements. The most interesting scale model is the one of a giant "Ciudad-Belen" from the beginning of this century.

Description: In this museum you can take a look at all kinds of miniatures with magnifying glasses.
Among the different miniatures the ones that stand out are:
• The statue of Liberty inside a needle
• On the wing of a fly the painting of Goya "La Maja Desnuda"
• Modelling an elephant with the eye of a mosquito
• Picasso’s Guernica painted on a seed
• A camel walking through the eye of a needle
• Goya’s painting of executions on a grain of rice.

Micro-Gigantic Museum

Description: In this museum you can find two collections: miniatures you can look at through magnifying glasses and giant sculptures.
Among the miniatures, the most important are:
• A bull ring on a pinhead
• A bible written on a hair
• A flea riding a bike on a seed
• The church and the tower of Guadalest on one quarter of a centimetre
• An ant playing the violin
• A miniature of the Kremlin
• A village built on a bone of two centimeters.

Description: This museum is divided in two parts:
• Home life.
• Agricultural production.
Home life
It is a real reproduction of a house of the XVIII century, with a bread oven, with a pantry, a yard with animals and different tools for agricultural work, a bedroom with furniture and clothes of the period.
Agricultural production
In this part of the museum we can see how oil was made inside an oilmill, you can also see all the machinery and tools for the preparation of the vine. Last but not least inside this museum you can see a scale reproduction of a working cereal mill and the tools needed for its cultivation.

Description: Contemporary art museum opened in 1974, a pioneer in the province of Alicante. The building combines art, architecture and landscape in an environment which is defined by the nature of the building.
Inside the rooms you can see the work of different XX century artists.
This museum follows the work of Ribera Girona.

Historical Automobile Museum "Vall de Guadalest"

Description: A collection of one hundred motorcycles and some small cars in perfect condition and totally original.
